Hey, folks! Nate DiDonato here! Welcome to the brand-spankin' new website for "Let's Kill The ZDTs!!!", the movie you've been impatiently waiting for while simultaneously using a rusty cheese-grater on your face to pass the time. If you are that person, shame on you. The movie isn't THAT good.
First off, sorry about the mess for now with the graphics/colors/etc. I need to get a lot straightened out and I wanted everyone to get a hand on the music ASAP!!! But first, about the movie!!!
In case you didn't know, "Let's Kill The ZDTs!!!" was created independently by 228 Productions and shot in Phoenixville, PA over the past couple of years. Jesse Crater was the inventor/director/writer/producer/camera guy/etc., and chose the members of The Machine Stops to star in it as the notorious band-that-won't-die. Lots of more details on THAT whole mess in a later article.
Although the forty-something minute movie is complete, audio engineering is still in the cleanup process and we still don't have an official date when that will get wrapped up. However, the movie premiered at 228 Productions a couple months back, shoddy audio and all, to a crowd of probably 50 or so with great results.
As this site develops, you will be able to see more than you can possibly wanted to about the ZDTs: the production of the movie itself, candid shots, behind-the-scenes info and videos, interviews, etc. etc.
Basically, imagine that we spend a ton of money and killed ourselves over a really over-the-top hard-pressed DVD version with Anchor Bay quality extras. Well, that's not going to happen... Instead, we're going to use this, the Pure Water Studios domain, to give everyone a chance.
That is, if you see the movie and give a crap about anything here at all.
